The program calibrates and configurates the AVR chip.
Because NLQHD-V1.3(-LITE) has an 8MHz crystal it's not necessary to calibrate the internal oscilator.
Because NLQHD-V1.3(-LITE) has an 8MHz crystal the JiffyDOS timing is always correct
so it's not necessary to switch anything off.
The program calibrates the internal oscilator respectively checks the 8MHz crystal of the AVR by a compare of the C64- and AVR- clock frequency.
So the program must know whether the C64 runs with the NTSC- or PAL- clock frequency.
Press N for NTSC or P for PAL.

Da NLQHD-V1.3(-LITE) einen 8MHz-Quarz hat, stimmt das JiffyDOS-Timing immer, sodass es nicht nötig ist irgendetwas auszuschalten.
Das Programm kalibriert den internen Oszillator beziehungsweise überprüft den 8MHz-Quarz des AVRs durch einen Vergleich von C64- und AVR-Taktfrequenz.
Somit muss das Programm wissen, ob der C64 mit der NTSC- oder der PAL-Takfrequenz läuft.
